I was the person that said it's hard to pay for consent. To expand upon my thoughts, I think it's well within the realm of possibility that someone could sell sex and consent. I don't believe there is any shame in being a sex worker, and if you enjoy it more power to you! I think that it differs from a regular job however, in that I believe that having sex that isn't inherently for ourselves can be damaging to our self-worth (key word being can). I have had sex for reasons other than sex itself (example: preserving a relationship), and it really shook me when I realized how much I truly compromised for someone else, that I in turn would never ask from them. It was simply damaging in a way that words can't describe for me, hence why I believe that enthusiastic consent needs to be the standard, and that money can't guarantee that. I think our sexuality should be something to celebrate, but I feel often times that prostitution and pornography takes advantage of that.
