I've come to the realization that most churches (no matter what religion) don't use the money for what is needed and mostly lie about where it goes. I became agnostic months ago, (I have personal reasons for that), but I've been to a few churches in my area. They need money for this or that, (mostly to build something they claim the church needs). A few months ago, I read that a priest in the metro area, I reside in, took the money from his church and paid for a very well-to-do home for him and his family in Florida. He stole it and admitted to it. He was removed from the church, idk if any charges were brought against him. But I'm with you on this one Secular Talk, do what you want in the privacy of your home, but when it comes to stealing, and dare I say, bigotry (nearly). They basically are living on your tithe when you give money in any church. They use it for themselves and what they want and need, not for others who need it more than they do. If anything he should be arrested for robbing innocent people from the money given for this prostitute. But do they fall in some kind of crack in the system being the fact they are considered part of a church? I don't know much about the laws on that, but certainly I would consider that a felony if there is actual proof. All I can say is, if found guilty, maybe he should drop the soap because it seems he's into that sort of thing.. lol
