My only experience anywhere close, was spending 5 days, with my ex wife at Acajatuba Lodge, many years ago. Some young men would come out of the forest, now and then to sell fish to the lodge and I required two interpreters to communicate with them. One afternoon I presented the young 'group leader' with a stainless-steel compass. They were fascinated with it but clearly had no clue as to what it was. We spent some time explaining to the leader and he walked away, holding the compass flat in his hand. He turned around and around, staring at the compass dial and pointing with an open hand in various directions. Suddenly he realised what this object could do and he came running back, calling his friends to gather around. He looked at me, came forward and held my wrist saying in his own language, Sir, do you realise that with this, I can never again get lost? A few minutes later they ran off towards their village and in the late afternoon Mother and little sisters arrived, asking if they could prepare a dinner for us. We were invited to a sleep-over in their village and presented with two hand-made necklaces, made of tiny seeds, shells, etc. I was so enchanted by the people I met at Acajatuba Village, that I felt I could live among them forever, but sadly I never returned. I still have my necklace and wear it for a few hours from time to time thinking of how life should have been. 😊😑

You can tell how well Drew's improve skills are from hosting Who's Line is it Anyways and other shows like it. Just playing along with the $1 joke. 😂😂

I never forgot this story. My heart breaks for this family. Can’t imagine how he feels. Being there and hearing his brother cry out for help. My God, please comfort him and his family. ❤

This movie hit everywhere. This movie didn’t have a single jump scare, this movie had wonderful suspense, this movie had my mind on the edge of its seat throughout every climactic horror scene, this movie was entirely eerie and undoubtedly kept me intrigued every step of the way and it had some of the most horrifying moments of terror I’ve seen in any movie ever. Masterpiece. And let’s not forget that monster sound track. ‘Reborn’ playing at the end scene where he’s in the tree house being praised as Paimon. That music is a beautiful ensemble that perfectly fit that scene
