I can totally relate to this song, and I’ve heard many testimonies of others who have prayed a prayer like this “Why is there so many religions why is there so many doctrines how do we know what’s the truth? After much prayer, and seeking of the truth, I came to this conclusion. Being a true Christian is not being part of a religion that claims to believe in Jesus, and yet they won’t run their church and teach the doctrine of Christ, like he commands us to in his word. A true Christian is a person who was once a sinner that asked forgiveness of his sins, and asked Jesus to come into his heart and believes that Jesus Christ is the son of God. At that point, a sinner becomes a Christian by faith through grace. And as far as religions and doctrines I do not put my faith in them, I will only put my faith in God and his word (the kjv holy bible). And if I ever need answers on Christ’s doctrine I don’t depend on preachers and motivational speakers, I’ll read his word I’ll pray to Him and ask Him to illuminate unto me His way. because God’s way is the only Way, he is the way the truth and the life. Amen

India has a very conservative culture. Sex is an extremely taboo subject and people make a big deal about preserving your innocence. You're very much looked down upon by society if it is revealed that you've had sex at a young age or before marriage. In Western culture, its the opposite. Young people are actually encouraged by society to have sex early, or face ridicule for being a virgin. There is intense pressure on both boys and girls even as young as 13. I really don't understand the virgin stigma.
