If you do what she's talking about everyday when you shower or bathe you really don't have to take that extra step because it's done on a daily basis. Good hygiene goes a long way ladies and you don't have to worry about offending anyone including yourself. Trust me, men or your husband can tell if you're a clean person from the start, one's skin, and vagina area doesn't lie. Remember, what you eat on a daily basis determines just how bad or good one smells in the vaginal area. I've never experienced any vaginal problems because I practice good hygiene every day. Stay clean ladies every day not just when you plan on having extra fun.

I just turned 65 yr old and have been doing your yoga and massages for 8 mos and ALWAYS start my day with pinching/tapping which has helped remove the Botox (for migraine treatments) from my forehead and restrengthen my facial muscles. I started with the facial and graduated to my body which has been AMAZING! I had much difficulty sitting up let alone looking at myself in the mirror. Today I love how my face and body have transformed, I look at Me now. I have gotten back to axe throwing, hiking, and taking much better care of my outsides and insides. I learned how to get in touch with my body, which is vital as I am a trauma survivor and had lost all contact with myself for years. Thank YOU!
