I think this is advice that is good for someone who's wants coincide with an aspiration to find pleasure in the elements of humiliation that they are somewhat uncomfortable with and would like to overcome and your method allows them to think about their discomforts logically in order to identify a root to success. However, this information can be taken out of context when misunderstood; whereby some submissives (inexperienced perhaps) who may not understand their role and place in the lifestyle as much, may understand this to mean that they must overcome hard limits for them, by questioning their limits in an unhealthy way perhaps, when actually they should not have to question those limits at all and should not have to endure things purely based on the idea that if they don't, they are missing something or they have something else to overcome. I understand that some limits for people come from trauma or like you say society's shame, and I think this may be what you're touching on here; as it could be a useful tool to help others recognize and combat their triggers but for others they purely just don't like it because it doesn't sit right perhaps in their own personal moral bed or just because it doesn't feel like something pleasurable to them.. I wouldn't necessarily say that it means there's something inside of them that they haven't faced or understood properly. Obviously, we are continual learners and I respect and hear your word fully so well done for getting your experience and process out there because it's helping and inspiring others in its own right.
