I think as a parent you have a different outlook vs someone without kids and no parent would keep their child in a diaper for extended period of time(it's also tech could be abuse and their is also elder/disabled neglect). But babies/kids are different than an adult like if needed you can change a child almost anywhere within reason also it's more acceptable in society vs if an adult needs to, like holidays for example if at family home most know if you have a special needs child or child in diapers vs what problems an adult has and even though I am paralyzed most of my family and friends doesn't know about my incont.
