Apple Tralers: iTunes Movie Trailers puts the newest HD movie previews in your hands

This is a very high quality film, which shifts its emphasis from a middle class woman Sarah who was attacked whilst on her grandfather's river boat by a a German naval Officer Klaus on Special Operations, and had to survival a gruelling ordeal to stay alive for 14 h during WW2. Subsequently, the German was shot, overpowered and arrested by the British authorities. and spent out the rest of the war in a POW camp. The story returns years later, where Sarah has suffered considerable misfortune, and this is where her real life war begins. She now is a single mun, being put up by the alcoholic mother of her dead boyfriend -- an RAF airman. Out of nowhere, Klaus tracks Sarah down to the shop (owned by the alcoholic mother) and is largely rebuffed but does agree to meet up. Later the alcoholic mother hears of a stranger entering the drapery shop who stayed some time and eventually forces her to pack up and go with her baby who she says was probably not her son's. So, she is a now a single mum with a baby, with nowhere to go without a job. Any woman in such circumstances would be heavily ostracised from society at this time and would be regarded as a woman of loose morals, without even bothering to find out the circumstances which are always unique and must be taken case-by-case. Sarah finds refuge in a Charitable Home which is really a front for selling/giving single mother's babies away to complete strangers. You would never see your child ever again. I'm not going to tell you any more ..... You'll have to watch this film to find out!
