guys so i have cancelled my subscription through their live chat customer support, they asked a lot of questions, it took me about 20 minutes... offered me some discounted sub to another site which i refused, and received 2 emails stating my subscriptions have ended.. i have a separate bank account for online purchases, so im not giving out the details for my savings acc. if they happen to try continue charging me i'm just gonna close the online purchases acc and open a new one.. so theres no acc for them to take money.. i have the emails and chat saved proving the cancellation so they cant do shit... i recommend anyone having problems to do the same
