Having recruited Wyll and Karlach, I investigated jagha so that the grove wouldn't be sealed (and down the line lock out Karlach's quests via Dammon being unavailable). Then I rescued Halsin but told him to stay at the prison because I would kill the 3 Goblin leaders. Rescued the dude being tortured on the rack in the Goblin fortress so that he could warn the grove (I don't actually know if this matters). Then I killed 2 of the Goblin leaders, completely avoiding Minthara. Then I proceeded to Act 2 without participating in the grove battle. Then Minthara was available in the moonrise towers to rescue. Done, all 3, not evil, no one locked out. Try it.
