The mouth gageing and self bounding and another bounding was my love in past from very young age to 16 .. one day when i was 4 or 5 years child then i call to my older brother that please gage my mouth then he gaged my mouth . I was really so serious addited of mouth gageing. And when days spend or after some years exactly. so when i became 15 so i start watching the videos of mouth gageing on youtube then when i watched too many videos so the videos developed some kind of mental and emotional brutality.cruelity and abuse of killing.kidnappings.crimilization so it was making me abnormal patient day by day. When in those days i watched too many videos then my mind said too me that just gage your mouth to fill up this desires of mouth gageing addiction . Then i also obay this then i go to the room and picked up the thin long blanket and gage my mouth. So when i was doing that addiction i also faced very very serious heath problem such as when i gaged my mouth so when i take breath during gageing then the mouth realises breath and there was no way of exhaling of breath. because was coverd of something then the realised breath was hot when inhale the realised breath so it was too disturbaning on my head. when this process repeated contiously so it cause a serious headache + the most dangerous problem was lung infection and urinary problems. After observing and facing these problems i also never stopped and continued this bad and abuse addiction. When year spended when i became 16 the addiction became more stronger so my mind was repeatedly saying of mouth gageing abuse videos on youtube so i watched more and more contents of kidnapping and mouth gageing to break the thirst of kidnappings and mouth gageing but it never breaked so then days spend when i left over watching abuse and bad contents based on kidnappings and mouth gageings then my mind said just watch the videos or gage your own self to complete the addiction. The addition was absolutely like drugs etc. So then when was thinking and fealing rapidly of bad and about mouth gageings.in these times when was only thinking about my killing addition i was really abnormal patient because i was rapidly thinking that like dramas.movies or series that someone comes and kidnapp me like first made me unconscious with drug one handkerchief on my mouth then when i became conscious i cannot see any thing.i cannot talk.i cannot take any of job with my hands and legs and there will be no one for my help and i will be suffering from very bad and cruelfull kidnapping and bad torchers like dramas and i will just free my self without other one help because there will be no kidnapper who kidnapped me. Because my eyes are bounded then my mouth was gaged then my hand and legs are also bounded like dramas actresses and actors so you can guess after these desires how much i was fell in the love of mouth gageing. After this satuation one thought comes to my mind and said that if you want to remove this self distraction addition permanently because it is a distraction and have no delight and features of loving . So just make a whole scene of real kidnapping on yourself. So i real mean that i picked of four long pieces of cloths. One for eyes. Second for mouth. Third for hand and fourth one for legs then first i picked up my phone to make a video of my self then i start talking to my self that there is a man whose made me unconscious so then i putted a handkerchief on my mouth. Then i go behind of camera to proceed the further method then first i gaged my mouth then i bound my legs then bounded my eyes and then i cannot bound my hands so i putted cloth in my hand in a zig zag way to just show that i am kidnapped. So i walk slowly and slowly to go near bed and lied my self on a bed. Then after spending some time in the same kidnapping satuation so i stand up and free my self then watched the video and i laughed too on my mad and abnormal attitude of mouth gageing so then my desire was also continued and i spend whole day on mouth gageings and self bounding. But in every attempt i was the willing of delight.but in every attempt there was no delight and fun but the growth of mental illness. finally i realize that is the just wastage of time and there is zero percent delight of mouth gageing and self bounding so i free my self after last attempt. So when i throw away clothes etc. And when i come out of the room so i watched the time so i was wasted a whole day in a room. I was too upset for my this behaviour. So i really wanted to cure my mental health. So after some days when i was bathing in bathroom so mouth gageing addiction immediately attacked on me during bathing then my addiction said to me that the bathing cloth is full of soap and it is sticky it is also a chance for your mouth gageing. Then i gaged my mouth with bathing cloth and start talking and calling someone in my home and my voice was not coming out from mouth because i was covered my mouth with soapy cloth and i was happy of untalking with mouth by mouth gageing and when i bathed so i think i also waste my precious time on mouth gageing again. I was also sad why i reapeted again mouth gageing. So i was everything zero due to this addition. Specially self control zero. So you can say that when i was a chance for mouth gageing i was gaged my mouth without any of thinking. So after all was too much upset on wasting my time in these 15 years. So i really decided to go a doctor to my mental treatment. When i arrived to a doctor the doctor said. Your brain is too much damaged with cruelties.self abuses.bad thoughts.brutilaties.kidnapping type desires and all bad addiction of your. So then treatment i really lived in true and meaningful life and then i shared my all past distraction experiences with you.....
