Invece ho notato un comportamento strano nei test del Gate: con il test della lampadina ho notato che in uno dei 4 IGBT addirittura si accende da sola appena si collega l'alimentazione, senza che con il dito si tocchi il Gate (G) e il Collettore (C). Con un test analogico la cui tensione di test è data da una pila di 9 volt, ho effettuato un test su tutti e 4 gl'IGBT ed uno nuovo di zecca simile ( con diodo interno anche questo). Su quello nuovo (dopo aver eccitato il gate ed aver messo in posizione di ON la giunzione tra C ed E), mi è bastato semplicemente mettere in corto con una pinzetta di ferro il pin del Gate ( G) con quello del Collettore (C) per interdire la giunzione C-E. Mentre invece con i 4 IGBT smontati dalla saldatrice, ho notato che dopo aver messo in corto i pin Gate e Collettore , ancora tra C ed E c'è conduzione ( il tester invece di dare una resistenza infinita mi segna un valore di 300Kohm. Se metto in corto tutti e 3 i PIN ( Gate - Collettore ed Emettitore) avviene la stessa cosa non s'interdice la giunzione inversa: addirittura i 4 IGBT segnano sulla giunzione inversa tra Collettore ed Emettitore valori in ohm differenti ( il 1° IGBT 300Khm il 2° 500Kohm, il 3° 440 Kohm ed il 4° 520Kohm). Per poter invece interdire la giunzione inversa C-E devo inviare la tensione del tester inversa tra Emettitore e Gate ( il positivo all'Emettitore ed il negativo al Gate). Altra prova che ho fatto è stata quella di aprire le giunzioni tra C ed E, ma senza provocare l'interdizione mettendo i pin GCE in corto , ma lasciando l'IGBT a riposo in attesa che la giunzione s'interdica da sola. Il risultato è stato quello che L'IGBT nuovo dopo qualche minuto la giunzione inversa C-E si apre da sola.Nei 4 invece dopo parecchi minuti aumenta la resistenza di conduzione fino ad arrivare a quei valori in Kohm che ho indicato prima, senza però arrivare ad una resistenza infinita, cosi come ritorna in posizione di riposo con l'IGBT nuovo. Credo che questi 4 IGBT abbiano problemi sull'interdizione/ saturazione del gate appunto i valori di td (off) (tempo di ritardo spegnimento) : Il punto di tempo dal quale la tensione gate-emettitore raggiunge il 90% della tensione di polarizzazione diretta fino a quando la corrente del collettore scende al 90%.
