The claims that these fillers last up to two years are false. Period. Most fillers diminish greatly within just four or five months, and more slowly thereafter. Patients are told that everyone is different, and that the fillers are absorbed at varying rates depending on your own body, but that's pretty much a lie. The filler pushers already know this stuff doesn't last, and are hoping the patient will become accustomed to the change in their body and, unable to live without it, keep coming back for more.
