This isn't my first time doing it either, however it's a lot more difficult in your forties with menopause. If you diet use your head and be safe. I just got tired of being tired, my knees hurting and getting sick all the time. People who comment on my weight find that I tell them to fuck off on a regular basis. I think the thing that bothered me the most is when they tell me I'm not fat when I was obviously almost 100lbs overweight. (This looks quite different at 6ft tall, but I was still very round.)
