The thing is that Janey is the only character that received this sort of backlash. People liked Sir Hammerlock, and he was a gay character. He was more fleshed out and nuanced. Janey, to a lot of people, was one dimensional. Outside of maybe Tales from the Borderlands (idk never played it), she seemed very much to be a flat character, which was a problem for many other TPS characters as well. Her being a lesbian and hitting on other women would be fine if she had any other kind of defining traits. At that point, it feels as if they made her gay to make some kind of point and to just have it her for 'diversity' - a dead horse that's been beaten in TV, movies, books, and so on. Its just flat and clichéd. To compare her to another character, she's like Nurse Nina; a cardboard cutout of an oppressed Russian.

This movie is SO BEAUTIFULLY crafted in my opinion, I had it on my iPhone WAY back in the day, had it on my IPod Touch, and my iPad. Watched it nonstop!! Thanks SO MUCH for the upload!! I never thought I’d see this AMAZING movie ever again!!!
