This is very revealing to me personally because whenever I came across Seffridi's work (always by accident while scrolling Porn Hub) the first few times, I would click on it out of curiosity, but I'd never be able to finish watching his stuff because it always had a really bad, sick kind of vibe to me. Eventually, I just knew that I wouldn't like his stuff, and I just bypassed it altogether. You just have to trust your gut instinct with people, and my gut always told me this guy was next level sicko. That being said, my worst cinematic experiences with sickening rape scenes were always due to the creeps in mainstream Hollywood. These guys are often just as bad, or worse, on account of their being accepted because of their credentials. So the scene where Robert De Niro is raping a woman and she eventually ends up enjoying it is, in my mind, way more detrimental to society as a whole. That's a seriously fucked up scene to just randomly throw in a movie, without it being relevant to plot development even! It makes me lose a ton of respect for De Niro and especially for perverse Hollywood directors and producers who even considered this scene as passable! Think of how many tens of thousands of more men saw this De Niro scene than have ever seen Rocco's stuff. That's messed up, and totally unhealthy for society!
