At the start of the video we see how the lumberjack Casey is just minding his own bussiness and starts to have fun with the task at hand, which is when he starts dancing. Then he sees himself, or at least what he thinks he should be, wearing cool clothes acting stoic and serious, telling him that his dance is dumb, but he doesn't say that's dumb he says ur dumb, insinuating that it's not the action that's inherently wrong, but it's the fact that HE is doing it that's wrong. This is because the act of dancing is something that the version of himself that Casey believes he should be wouldn't do. But then, out of the confinement of that house, which we can assume is some sort of hidden vault of the mind, storms out his real self, who starts dancing immediatly after being released. This leaves Casey confused, as he feels drawn to follow him, to follow his true desire, but, if he goes through with this, he could never be the him who he thinks he should be, so, looking for approval of what he believes his future holds, he glances at cool Casey, who tells him to stop. But it's too late, Casey has already found himself, so he ignores the pleas to stop and dances, he enjoys every second of it, and cool Casey is shocked, he can't believe what he's seeing, he was cast away, he was denied his existence, so, he walks away, leaving Casey to dance with his true self, unhindged and free of the pressure from society and his own expectiations of what he thinks people want from him. He dances with his heart and with his soul, as the song says, your own insecurities need to get out of your way.
