It could be a genetic throwback to her Indo-European ancestry, most Northern Indians are about 60%+ Indo-European and just under 40% Dravidian (the original inhabitants of all of India). 5000 years ago during the Indo-European invasion from the North there were many blondes and red heads, you can still see people one in a while in the area where Kashmir India, Pakistan and Afghanistan comes together that have blue or green eyes and sandy blonde hair. I find it odd she was bullied, most of the time Indians treat any light skinned Indian like a Princess or Prince.

YouTube's whole system of guidelines, and rules, is ambiguous by intent. If the rules are not clearly defined, then they are open to interpretation, and being open as such allows them to interpret as they so please, specifically so that the rules can apply against any user they find undesirable. All of the recent changes on this platform that have been implemented has nothing to do with what is alleged. It is not to weed out the bad users here, it is not about creating a safe place for all decent, rule-abiding users. The changes are not being made to protect the children. All of the recent changes to policies, guidelines, and rules across all major social media platforms have absolutely zilch to do with benefiting the users. Instead, it has everything to do with censorship! This is about controlling the free flow of information, and the powers that be are creating so many false realities for us to dwell in as a means to achieve their various agendas, which are all working together to achieve their endgame. That endgame is growing nigh, and they are not the type to take any risks, nor gamble, when it comes to their plans. They will not risk having any false reality that they have carefully woven, and then set out to blossom through the mainstream media, to be vanquished by some piece of truth that went viral quickly, exposing numerous people to it, thereby rendering their false narrative in the public eye as just that: a false narrative. So, they are implementing mechanisms, systems, and power structures, in order to silence those who may be speaking too much truth about certain topics, and to create a higher degree of control over the flow of information. A little nugget of truth that is a threat to their plans can not be allowed to spread unchecked, and ideally should not be allowed to spread to any degree. So, they have more controls, and by extension, more direct control over the flow of information, able to cease, and delete any pieces of truth which might have escaped to outside of their false realities. This is not about creating a safer website for users that is also free for filthy, less than desirable content . . . but instead it has everything to do with censorship! Don't forget that . . . for things may being to fall into place for you as far as comprehending this whole situation is concerned. Sometimes, what you are observing is not the source of the confusion, but rather your angle of perspective, or your foundation of perception is the source of confusion and misunderstanding. Often, comprehension will dawn with merely a change in one's perspective upon the subject matter.
