I think as a parent you have a different outlook vs someone without kids and no parent would keep their child in a diaper for extended period of time(it's also tech could be abuse and their is also elder/disabled neglect). But babies/kids are different than an adult like if needed you can change a child almost anywhere within reason also it's more acceptable in society vs if an adult needs to, like holidays for example if at family home most know if you have a special needs child or child in diapers vs what problems an adult has and even though I am paralyzed most of my family and friends doesn't know about my incont. I am not saying all parent disregard a child's privacy but it's like a church I volunteered at and have had few parents of older children ask if they had places to change their child but in same token unless part of weird fantasy not many adults would ask someone the same question they may ask for a single use bathroom. Most adults that deal with incot are private and reserved.
