Schizophrenia causes you to blink rapidly while you are in deep thought. So, since she blinks a lot whem she talks, it means she is in deep thought and trying to think of what to say. Now the gun, she keeps changing the story of who it belongs to but like I said, memory loss. Now, the biggest things are the bruises, Schizophrenia causes patients to do self harm because of Hallucinations. She has probably been beating on herself from those Hallucinations. The hallucinations she probably sees are bugs crawling on her but nobody really knows. These are all my opinions that I have gathered together. I hope this helps to solve the Marina Joyce issue.
