I'm 36 and about 3 years ago I started following more women over 40, and less women under 30, and honest to god it has been so good for my mental health. I am terrified of menopause - because my mother's was a true living nightmare, and because I have a lot of regrets about how I spent my 20s. I don't want this to be over yet, I only just got started! Watching women like yourself has helped me feel like I can at least prepare and attempt to maintain some control over my wellbeing. Even just that has boosted my energy levels. Thank you for sharing your experiences and knowledge. It's insane to me that we now have an economy that relies on women prioritizing career, but our medical care completely drops mid-30s.
